Terms of Service

GoNails reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.
A Female Mobile Nail Expert always travels with a chaperone.
Depending on new clients, a credit card deposit might be required before the Nail Professional makes the trip.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a non-refundable deposit.
The conduct of the client during a home visit by a GoNails professional must be appropriate and decent. Otherwise, the service will be canceled abruptly.
Services are available by appointment only. Clients must schedule their appointments in advance.
GoNails is not responsible for any damage to personal property resulting from the service.
Any allergies or skin conditions must be disclosed to the Nail Professional prior to the service.
GoNails professionals adhere to strict hygiene standards. All tools are sanitized before and after each use.
Payment for services must be made in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Gratuities for Nail Professionals are not included in the service price and are at the client's discretion.
Clients must provide a safe and suitable environment for the Nail Professional to perform the service.
GoNails reserves the right to amend these terms of service at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically.
